DMCC and Commercial Office Moves

Packing and Unpacking
Full packing service using double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, and furniture blankets. Fragile items, electronics, and artwork packed separately with appropriate materials. Partial packing is also available if you prefer to pack personal items yourself.
Single Item Moves

Service Lift Booking
Every JLT tower requires a formal service lift reservation with building management, typically 24 to 48 hours before the move. Buildings with a single service lift serving 40-plus floors — common on the lake-facing side — are fully booked by Thursday for the weekend. Without a confirmed slot, building security will not permit loading to begin. We arrange the booking for every JLT move as part of the reservation process.
Basement Access
Most JLT basement car parks have ceiling clearances between 2.0 and 2.2 metres. Our 3-tonne trucks access most basements without issue. Larger vehicles load from the surface car park. We verify the clearance for your specific tower before confirming the booking — the correct vehicle is assigned in advance.
Cluster-to-Cluster Moves
Moving within JLT from one cluster to another requires the same coordination as any Dubai relocation. Separate lift bookings are needed at both towers, and loading logistics must be managed with two building management teams. We handle both ends under a single booking — the same way we handle a move across to Dubai Marina.
DMCC Office Moves
JLT hosts the DMCC Free Zone, with over 22,000 registered companies. Commercial relocations here need to work around business operations. Most office moves run in the evenings or on weekends. Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK moves carry different crew sizes and vehicle requirements. Volume is assessed during the pre-move survey.
Floor Level
Higher floors add carry time from unit to truck. This is calculated into your written quote upfront. There are no additions on move day for lift trips or corridor carry.
Service Lift Availability
If your building’s lift slot is restricted to a two-hour window, the crew works within that window. We factor this into scheduling.
Packing Requirement
Full pack, partial pack, or transport of already-packed items. Each is priced differently.
Moving Date
Weekend and public holiday availability is included in our service at no surcharge.
